To access our secure, online application you'll need to create an account by setting up a Username and Password. To do this, click on the "Apply Now" button below, then click on "Create Account" to set up your Username and Password. Once you complete this step, you'll be able to use these credentials to access your application, review the status of your loan, and electronically sign and upload documents.
At a minimum, we'll ask you for personal identification, loan amount, purchase price, income/asset information, monthly obligations, and run a credit inquiry in order to determine if you can get pre-approved for a loan. Once you're pre-approved, we will ask for more information and documentation. To ensure that your application goes smoothly once you're pre-approved, here's a list of things you should have ready.
Information we'll ask for or need to obtain:
Personal Identification (SSN, DOB, Valid US ID) of both the primary and co-borrower(s)
Loan amount
Estimated value/purchase price
Your income and asset information
Your monthly expenses and estimated monthly debt
Credit Report
Documentation you'll need to provide:
Proof of Income and employment history (e.g. paystubs, W2s or I-9 Forms, child support or alimony income, real estate income, etc.)
Other Assets (e.g. bank statements, 401k or retirement account statements, brokerage account statements, current real estate holdings, etc.)
Downpayment Plan (e.g. source of downpayment, gift letters from friends or family providing funds, etc.)
